I am in the middle of a number of projects right now and have not had time to focus on C&B stuff but I wanted to share something I spotted at The Art Director’s Club this week. A lot of New York interiors work is focused on the bathroom, from residential to restaurants, the energy involved in this aspect of projects is sometimes mind-blowing. So this quick, delightful insightful restroom is really refreshing. The space itself was a typical lower floor facility for a manufacturing building, so there was only so much you could do to hide the space of the plumbing and heating pipes so said designer (designer unknown) embraced the existing space and drew more pipes, then added witty sayings about primping and posing in public. The result is delightful.
